    Manage Instructors

    Create the instructor list used on Class Setup. Default instructors are preselected for new classes.

    Class Defaults

    These values are used when a new roster is imported. Date, location, course type, and class number are taken from the Road Guardians filename whenever possible.

    Import Class Roster

    Choose the original Excel registration roster. The app preserves the complete workbook so the attended roster can be exported in the same column layout.

    Review the class details detected from the roster filename before replacing the current roster.

    Choose an import method
    Merge adds instructors that are not already on this device and applies the imported shared defaults. Replace replaces the current shared settings with the imported settings.

    These settings control grading, classroom progress, and the final class record.

    Correct an imported class once and every linked student history record will update automatically.

    Edit Imported Class

    The original filename remains unchanged. Saving updates all students linked to this historical class and recalculates renewal dates.
